Ryan Hassoun is a mechanical engineer with a degree from RWTH Aachen University (2014), specializing in industrial production technologies. He began his career in 2014 in technical consulting at P3 Group, where he took over as Team Lead for Electric Powertrain in 2019 and later led the Hydrogen Technology division starting in 2021. Today, he is responsible for technical sales of production systems for fuel cells, electrolyzers, and redox flow batteries at the OPTIMA Group – a leading German machinery manufacturer known for innovative manufacturing solutions. His focus lies in scaling high-efficiency manufacturing processes, particularly in web handling and automation for high-throughput production. At the conference, he will speak about practical challenges and solutions in transitioning from prototyping to industrial-scale manufacturing in the hydrogen sector.
