Jose Correa is a civil engineer and consultant who has dedicated his professional focus to the zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) infrastructure industry. He leads Kimley-Horn’s multidisciplinary ZEV infrastructure practice in Texas and its surrounding states, specializing in the planning, design, and permitting of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and hydrogen fueling infrastructure—including the related land development for small to large sites. Over the last 5 years, Jose has led several national charging infrastructure deployment programs, solidifying his expertise in a rapidly evolving market. He also collaborates with leaders in the emerging hydrogen market to develop fueling infrastructure in Texas. Jose’s knowledge and experience brings a unique holistic understanding of the land development and the fueling infrastructure life cycle, which has helped bring new companies and public agencies into the ZEV market.
