Brooke is an accomplished engineer and executive with over two decades of experience in the energy sector. In 2021, she successfully established HIF Global's US business, and was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for HIF USA. She has spent a majority of her career developing and executing multi-billion dollar energy infrastructure projects, leading technical design, engineering, construction and operations. Brooke has a passion for clean energy, sustainable projects and implementing innovation for both established companies and start up environments. She has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power and Energy from the University of Texas at Austin.
