Ms. Smith has more than 20 years of environmental, health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) experience focused on capital project development, merger and acquisition support, and sustainability advisory services. As a team leader, she has work on these projects in the U.S., Latin America, Central America, Europe, and China. At Ramboll, Ms. Smith’s practice centers on projects that employ best practices and create value for clients by delivering solutions that are environmentally, economically, and socially sustainable. Her experience is part of energy-related services, where she contributes toward:
• Merger and acquisition support: environmental, health, and safety (EHS) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures with a focus on risk exposure and competitive advantage.
• Impact assessment: Planning and permitting for infrastructure and energy projects.
• Sustainability services: materiality, risk assessments, communication strategies, program development, management systems, and ESG reporting concentrating on core business priorities and opportunities.
