Headwaters' team has been engaged in reformer plant design, build, commissioning and revamp for over 20 years.  We supply new reformer plants, with a focus on plants up to 10 MMscfd., and address the borader market by supplying the balance of the plant for larger projects led by large heater specialist firms.  We revamp plants across a broader range of capacities, with recent experience through 28 MMscfd.

Our plants incorporate lessons learned from working on our own plants and a variety of those from other OEM's in order to deliver optimized, operable plants with investment cost tailored to client needs.  We are able to deliver plants with CO2 removal, syngas only plants, and naturally pure hydrogen plants at various levels of energy effciency and carbon and local air emissions, depending on client project needs.
