Measurement of Hydrogen purity is a growing concern as more and more production methods of hydrogen are scaled. Realtime purity can be derived using optical analyzers, but there are a lot of details to ensure safety and quality for the end user of the hydrogen. Endress+Hauser worked with Invenergy on their Sauk Valley Hydrogen Pilot to develop a solution to monitor hydrogen in real time to 99.97% purity for their Fuel Cell customers.
