Carbon-Negative Hydrogen Production
Discussion of Mote's first of a kind facility that utilizes wood waste to create zero emission hydrogen while removing and storing the carbon permanently underground. Presentation of Mote's process as compared with SMR, Electrolysis and DAC options and the air quality and emissions benefits. Discussion of recent advances in the project including Mote's first project being selected in California's hydrogen hub proposal. Presentation will include highlights from research completed at LLNL for this process, progress on the plant development and how this technology can be utilized in multiple countries to help reach decarbonization goals and how the carbon-negative hydrogen can support transportation, industrial, steel, SAF and many industries.
